Step-by-step instructions:
Begin by layering assorted green and gold vellums on the 12x12 page. Begin by carefully tearing the lightest green and adhering that layer directly to the cardstock with Vellum Glue Dots. Next, tear a smaller portion of the slightly darker green, followed by the darkest green gold, and finally the brown cardstock.
Cut a portion of the gold mesh to be layered on the left of the page under the large photos. What is shown here is about 6x9 and I have allowed some of the brown paper to remain fully exposed at the bottom.
Cut the dark purple cardstock slightly larger than the 3.5x5" photos and the light purple stock just slightly larger than the dark purple to layer beneath the photos as a matte. Adhere the dark stock to the lighter purple and then the photo on top of both cardstocks using Memory Book Glue Dots.
Layer the photos with mattes to the left of the page using Memory Book Glue Dots, partially overlapping the golden mesh.
Place the translucent tiles beneath the photos to spell out "spring."
Run the velvet ribbon the length of the page, centered in the space remaining to the right. Use 1" Glue Lines to bond the ribbon to the page.
Layer carefully torn pink vellum over the ribbon, aligned with the top photo. Here we have used a transparent, definition of spring to layer over the pink vellum.
Use the dark purple to frame two smaller photos that you have selected and use Memory Book Glue Dots to hold the paper and photo together. Layer the small photos over the ribbon with Memory Book Glue Dots.
Tear the Mulberry tissue paper, layer small portions on top of the vellums using Vellum Glue Dots to create the affect of clouds. Layer one rectangular piece over the ribbon above the pink vellum and place the metal picture/word plate on top using a Pop Up Dot for additional dimension.
Using your computer and printer, print names or picture descriptors in the font of your choice. I selected an organic font and cut them to mimic the floral motif. Further embellish photos with paper daisies. The names and paper flowers were adhered with Mini Glue Dots.
Finish the page with the tulip rubber stamp, using the green for the stem and the pink for the petals.
